Edit Text Case When creating content this app is a life-saving shortcut for capitalizing titles, converting a string of text to upper or lower case, converting randomly formatted address text to capitalized address format and Trimming spaces before, after and between a string of characters. It doesn't have an invert case selection, but when you discover that you've been typing with the caps lock on, you can quickly clean up that string of text by converting it to lowercase and entering it again to capitalize it, if necessary.

Encode Special Chars: What if you're sending a large string to a database. Or the string could be a paragraph on a web page. If using normal punctuation, the string is likely to contain special characters, perhaps some apostrophes and some quotation marks. Maybe even some hashtags#, @ signs and exclamation points! Even for this paragraph the Encode Special Chars web app substituted special characters with HTML entities so that I didn't have to locate special chars and replace them manually.
