Convert Vid Start Time to Secs

Get the desired start point of a video (hrs, mins, secs) and convert to seconds using a URL parameter, ie: &t=3674s. Using seconds only is more brief than hrs, mins and secs ie: &t=1h1m14s. If there is not already a ? for adding URL params, use ?t=3674s instead.
